Creating the Ultimate Primary Suite
This Leawood home remodeling project was no small undertaking. Our clients were longing to reconfigure their primary bath and closet space to achieve a better balance of form and function. With careful design and planning, we brought their vision to life — and then some. Their primary bathroom is now equal parts a spa-like retreat and practical getting-ready space. The attached walk-in closet features custom solutions for keeping clothes, shoes, and accessories neat and organized. We even added a laundry room to the design and, in true NextGen Remodeling fashion, didn’t skimp on style. Using patterned tile and deep blue custom cabinetry, we maximized both storage and sophistication.
"Working with NexGen was the best experience we could have hoped for. Taylor's creative design that used every square inch available was passionately implemented by our project manager, Daniel. The NextGen staff all work together as a team, producing a quality product from start to finish. No question or detail was overlooked. The team communicated with us each day of our project with a summary of work completed and pictures of the day's progress. They almost always showed up at the time they said they would, and when they could not, we were told in advance. The construction space was cleaned at the end of every workday. Daniel is a skilled craftsman, and his attention to detail and quality work shows. His positive attitude was evident throughout our project. We especially appreciated that all the NextGen staff supported each other and seemed to get along quite well, which contributed to a quality product and a positive experience for us. We will definitely use them again for future projects and have already recommended them to others."
