Available Home Remodeling Jobs at NextGen

All applicants must have reliable transportation (truck preferred) and be available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday – full-time hours.

Installers

A NextGen installer works on-site, hands-on in every interior home remodeling project to implement each phase of the remodel.

Salary & Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience and productivity levels with opportunities for advancements.

Required Qualifications:

Proven professional experience in home remodeling, including:

  • Carpentry
  • Cabinetry installation
  • Basic drywall and painting
  • Flooring and tile installation
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical

If you have experience in some, but not all, of these trades, we will train you to become a well-rounded installer.

Must be:

  • Able to perform physically-demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting up to 100 pounds
  • A team player
  • A problem-solver
  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Able to maintain a clean and safe job site

NextGen laborers are the future of our industry. We are passionate about training the NextGen of remodelers. Our laborers assist the installers and complete quality work on a schedule while following safety protocols.
