Here’s how we work.
Step One: Request a Home Remodel Estimate
When you’ve decided it’s time to remodel your Kansas City home, the first thing to do is request an estimate from NextGen Remodeling.

Step Two: Our Remodeling Specialist Visits Your Home
After NextGen Remodeling receives your request, we will call you to discuss the scope of your project, your desired timeline, and your budget. If together we determine we will be a good fit for each other, we’ll schedule a time to visit your home and learn more about its current condition and what you’re looking to remodel.
During the visit, our remodeling specialist will take notes about the space you’d like to renovate, photograph the space, and collect any necessary measurements in order to provide you with the most accurate estimate.

Step Three: You Receive a Detailed Estimate and Scope of Work
The remodeling specialist brings back all the information about your remodel request and expertly assembles an estimate.

Step Four: You Sign Our Agreement, and We Schedule the Tech Measure of Your Kitchen, Basement, or Bathroom Remodel
You can be confident that your remodel will deliver beautiful results when you hire NextGen. Once you sign our agreement to approve the scope of work, our team will schedule your home renovation detailed tech measurement. We’ll also set your “next-in-line” position with a tentative start date.
Step Five: Design and Material Selection
Our in-house design team will work with you to create a Master Plan for your home renovation, schedule showroom visits, and oversee materials selections. We’ll stay in communication with you as your start date approaches.
Step Six: We Get to Work
On the first day of your kitchen remodel or bathroom remodel, our team will arrive and get to work. After each day, we’ll ensure we’ve tidied up, and debrief you on what comes next.
With our detailed design process during step five, you won’t need to be involved much after the project begins. We’ll share daily updates with you in person or electronically to keep you in the know. Our continual, courteous communication, including photos, keeps you updated on everything that’s happening in your home. Feel free to enjoy a vacation, work late, or do anything you’d like to do, without worrying about your remodel’s status.

Step Seven: Enjoy Your New Home
When the home remodel is completed, and we believe it meets our standards, our team will walk you through your new space to answer your questions, present our warranty and care/maintenance information, and confirm everything is as you dreamed it to be. We love seeing our clients’ reactions to our completed work.
