I work in the home improvement industry, have seen the good-bad-ugly, and looked for a long time to find the right company to take on a full restoration of our historic Brookside bungalow. The work they did was excellent quality; they never took short cuts that one would expect (fear) from many contractors. Many months after this project was completed, my wife and I still look around and pinch ourselves.

1. They dedicated one crew to the project and these guys are great. Complete sense of ownership and pride in their work and the project, friendly, professional, cool guys. (We count them as friends, now.) 
2. We never had the issues we’ve had in the past of, “where is everyone today? Why didn’t anyone show up?” NextGen does an excellent job of balancing their projects so that we, as homeowners, never felt like we were getting second-class treatment. They were here – same guys – every day. This is HUGE. 
3. The guys kept an immaculate work space. Again, HUGE. (The last thing you want to see as a homeowner is the remodeling company treating your pride and joy like a dump.) 
4. NO shortcuts. Ever. There are always a number of ways to take shortcuts and the homeowner will never know. NextGen always did it right (I was on site every day…). 
5. Their pricing was fair.
