Yes. If you hire NextGen Remodeling, we will walk you through the entire design process and help with each decision as we build your remodeling package. We use 3-D modeling software to help you visualize different layout options.

Or, if your basement is currently unfinished, we can help you gain valuable square footage in your home. NextGen finishes basements with quality materials and craftsmanship you’d expect from a premium home remodeler. We do not offer a basic “slap up some walls and flooring” basement finish. At this time, NextGen Remodeling does not offer single services such as this. We recommend hiring a reputable handyman or a trade-specific company for single-aspect projects to get the best pricing and prompt completion.
No, we do not finish attics.
No, we do not build into your home’s current garage space.
If you have an active leak that needs to be addressed quickly, we suggest contacting a plumber or a restoration company. However, if your issue is not urgent, and you can wait until our tentative start date, we can help you with your kitchen, bathroom, or basement remodel.
No, we do not work directly with insurance companies. However, if your insurance company accepts our estimate and tentative schedule for the job, you are welcome to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company.

Yes. NextGen Remodeling is licensed throughout the greater Kansas City area, including but not limited to, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Leawood, Olathe, and Lees Summit, and maintains appropriate insurance. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance before beginning your project.

Home Remodeling Pricing

Our estimates include purchasing and providing all the materials needed to complete your remodel, except for appliances and certain decorative items. We can help you select appliances and decor, but you would then purchase them directly from the supplier.
Please understand that we cannot offer a warranty on any customer-provided materials.

All our estimates include the supplies necessary for the project, unless otherwise specified. When you hire NextGen Remodeling, you’ll work with our design specialist to select fixtures and other design elements. We make sure everything will coordinate and include miscellaneous materials needed to complete your home transformation.

Because of the wide range of appliance costs and functions, we don’t include an allowance for appliances in our estimates. However, we can help you select appliances to ensure they work seamlessly with your new kitchen so that you can purchase them directly from the supplier.
