Taylor Foley, Owner

Taylor is a Kansas City native and began his career as an apprentice for a major construction firm. His work ethic and precision in his craft launched him into becoming a foreman of his own crew and now, after twelve years of experience, Taylor is passionate about elevating the remodeling industry. He is dedicated to investing in training the next generation of home remodelers. Since starting NextGen in 2019, Taylor has been committed to building a company that embodies excellence and innovation, shattering the status quo of remodeling, redefining the industry, and becoming the Next Generation.

Alex Collingwood, Remodeling Specialist

With an extensive background in real estate and remodeling, Alex joined NextGen as one of the first team members in 2019. Before joining NextGen, he and his father acquired and remodeled hundreds of properties, restoring and enhancing them for resale. Now, Alex enjoys helping clients see a vision for their project and understand the process so that they feel at ease and are able to maximize the potential within their budget. From initial visit and estimate, Alex likes to envision every project as if it were his own and strives to give homeowners careful guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Kathy Foley, Office Administrator

Native to the Kansas City metro, Kathy has been part of NextGen since the beginning. She is an integral part of the team as she is involved in the entire process from the first call to the final warranty. She loves the variety that each new project brings and being behind the scenes every step of the way. Kathy goes above and beyond to provide customer care for every client to get the remodel of their dreams while making it easy, fun, and as smooth as possible.

Audrey Boll, Design Coordinator

Raised in Florida but a KC resident since 2017, Audrey has a bachelors of communication and an eye for design. Starting in the fashion e-commerce world after college, Audrey eventually moved her design skills to the remodeling industry in 2023. At NextGen, Audrey handles all the showroom appointments and coordinates every step of the design process. Her primary strength on the team is helping homeowners select design materials that bring their vision to life.

Daniel Brundage, Project Manager

Daniel has been a Kansas City local for more than 20 years and has been part of the NextGen team since 2019. Daniel handles the day-to-day supervision of your home, kitchen, or bathroom remodeling project, ensuring everything is running on schedule and sticking to your budget. He has always enjoyed working with his hands and finding creative solutions to problems, which makes him an excellent project manager.

Jon Davis, Installer

Jon has lived in Kansas City just about his entire life and is happily settled with his wife and 2 daughters. He has been with NextGen since 2019 after originally starting out in the tile industry. He eventually transitioned to remodeling so that he could expand his trade skills further. Now he especially enjoys woodworking, and he specifically loves detailing mantels and trim work. Jon is a jack of all trades and excels in treating each client’s home like his own.

Jeremy Carter, Installer

Jeremy is a KC native and has been with NextGen since 2020. In college he studied engineering, but he always had an interest in the remodeling industry that started from a young age. Growing up, he loved helping his dad with house projects and found a lot of satisfaction in hands-on work. To Jeremy, the best part about working with NextGen is the excitement that each day brings, being part of the transformation, and the reward of getting to see the final result.

Andrew Cannon, Installer

Andrew has been part of the NextGen team since 2021 and has been in the remodeling industry for more than 8 years. His love for building things started from a young age as he grew up borrowing his neighbor’s tools to make skateboard ramps. Now, Andrew is an excellent installer and not only thrives in his remodeling skills but in building relationships and trust with homeowners. He loves the finish days of each project and seeing how everything has come together compared to where it started.

Leo Valdez, Installer

Leo is originally from Lee’s Summit and has a background in the construction industry. Working several years with his father in construction, he gained valuable remodeling experience that has made him an asset to the NextGen team since joining the company in 2023. He enjoys all types of woodworking, especially cabinet installation and trim work, and his skills display outstanding creativity and craftsmanship on every job he’s a part of.

Cort Pulliam, Installer

Cort is a Kansas City native and has been with NextGen since 2022. Looking for a job that would bring new experiences and give him a hands-on opportunity to tackle challenges and grow in his skills, Cort was intrigued with the remodeling industry and jumped at the opportunity to be part of the NextGen team. He is a great problem solver and loves that every day on the job brings something new to learn, and his favorite part is watching the transformation come to life.
