Meet Ashley – Your Lead Designer and Showroom Guide
When you visit our showroom, Ashley is your dedicated partner in bringing your vision to life. As our Lead Designer, she offers full-service design expertise, from initial concepts and space planning to selecting finishes, fixtures, and creating detailed renderings.
Ashley works one-on-one with you to understand your style, needs, and goals, translating them into thoughtful, functional designs. She’ll guide you through showroom appointments, coordinate field measurements, and ensure every design choice aligns with both your vision and the construction plan. Her creative insight and attention to detail turn what can feel overwhelming into an enjoyable, inspiring experience.

Understanding the Design Process
Step One: Make Your Selections
We offer a wide variety of materials and finishes for large and small-scale projects that suit any style! Our design coordinator will walk you through all the design elements of your remodel and will offer you a chance to make your selections from the products we carry.
Step Two: Design Meeting with 3D Model
Your designer and project manager will present you with a closer look at a realistic model of your project using our 3D modeling software. During this design meeting, you will get a chance to point out the things you like and note any changes you want to make. This step in the process is especially exciting because it helps envision the end result!
Step Three: Sign the Design Agreement
Once you feel confident that we have understood your vision and have presented you with a thorough quote, it’s time to sign! In the design agreement you will see all your selections, snapshots from the 3D model, and a total of all costs and services. As soon as the paperwork is signed, we will order the materials and give you a tentative timeline for your project.
Step Four: Order & Receive Materials
All the materials are carefully ordered based on the selections you made for your project. As soon as the products are ordered, we eagerly prepare to receive your materials in our warehouse and make a schedule for demo and installation. When the materials arrive, we are ready to deliver and install. Now your project is officially underway and the transformation begins!
